At Crento, we believe that Italian cuisine should be accessible to everyone. While it may not always be possible, we strive to accommodate all dietary needs. Thanks to our approach of cooking and seasoning dishes to order (with the exception of our homemade slow-cooked sauces), we can cater to a wide range of dietary preferences, including vegan, gluten-free, alcohol-free, and dairy-free options. Although we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment due to our diverse ingredient sourcing and small kitchen, our team takes every precaution to prepare and handle food safely and minimize any contamination risk. Nearly all our menu items are available with gluten-free alternatives, and since July 2021, we have been offering vegan cheese on pizzas at no extra charge for those who need it. At Crento, we believe Italian food should be for everyone.
